Bhag Singh is an experienced real estate professional, who brings over 25 years
of experience to HiQ Builders Inc. He is licensed with the Greater Mohali Area
Development Authority and the Real Estate Regulatory Authority in Punjab, India.
As a founder and co-owner of Baidwan Property Consultants, a successful real
estate consulting firm, he has been instrumental in the urbanization of the
Greater Mohali Area through his work in the real estate industry. He has wide
experience in commercial, rural and residential real estate transactions.

He has also completed his residential real estate licensing education with the
Real Estate Council of Alberta.
