Eng.) with APEGA (The Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of Alberta) has an extensive experience of over 40 years in design, construction, procurement, project management and finance control for large value HVAC (Heating, Ventilating & Air-conditioning) projects for industrial, commercial & institutional buildings in Canada, India, Malaysia, Israel & Bahrain.
Total cooling capacity of the chilled water systems involved in his HVAC projects would exceed 15,000 Tons. Project value of HVAC systems handled in Malaysia exceeds RM 70 million (US$ 28 million). Mukesh has dealt with design, construction, project management, and procurement for HVAC systems in Canada for over a decade. Having passed the examinations held by Ministry of Municipality, he is qualified designer under Ontario Building Code (OBC) and has applied the provincial building codes on the projects in Ontario, Alberta, Manitoba, Saskatchewan and BC.
Mukesh had handled the design and project management of a 10 storey commercial / residential building as a partner of a local builder in the Indian city of Vadodara prior to migrating to Canada in 2004.
